Here's how you use Leadsie to request access to your clients'

LinkedIn

accounts

1. Create a LinkedIn access request

You can switch LinkedIn on by default for all your access requests, or create a custom request, with the "LinkedIn" toggle switched on.

Send the LinkedIn access request to your client

2. Send the LinkedIn access request to your client

Now your access request is ready, send it to your client.

You can copy and paste the custom Leadsie link, or send the request via email.

3. Your client logs in with LinkedIn

When your client clicks your Leadsie access link, they will be to log in with LinkedIn and select the page(s) and advertising account(s) they want to give you access to.

4. Your client approves the request

Leadsie will generate a deep link to the correct page in their LinkedIn account, so they don't need to work out where to go. We'll give them super-clear instructions on how to complete the process of granting you access - and Leadsie will also check that they've granted the correct access and notify you.

5. Job done!

You and your client are now connected, and both of you have saved time and hassle by using Leadsie. Time to party! 🥳

Having onboarded hundreds of brands, I know just how much back and forth there can be trying to get access. This tool has eradicated that completely and made it so easy for us and for clients. A smoother on-boarding process makes us look better as an agency.

FAQs

Do you support LinkedIn Business Manager?

Not yet - while we'd love to embrace LinkedIn Business Manager fully, it is still in Beta and its functionality is limited.

Most clients don't have LinkedIn Business Manager set up either, and they can't add another Business Manager as a partner without it.

As a result, we think the best way for now is to let you get Super Admin access, then you can set up Business Manager for your client if you prefer that.

Speaking to many agencies, that is what they're doing right now anyway.

Why does my client complete the process on LinkedIn?

We send clients to LinkedIn to complete the process of granting access due to the way LinkedIn works.

Our process makes this much easier in three important ways:

Firstly, we create a deep link that sends clients to exactly the right page in their LinkedIn account to grant access. This means that clients don't need to hunt around to find the right settings.

Secondly, we notify you when your client has granted the right access, so no need to chase clients.

Thirdly, using Leadsie means your clients can grant access to LinkedIn and their other accounts - e.g. Meta, Google and TikTok - all in one go, and in one place.

Is Leadsie secure and GDPR compliant? 🔒

Yes! We have spent a lot of time making sure Leadsie is secure.

We are partnering with Meta, Google, TikTok (and more) and are approved for giving you access. When we grant your access to accounts, the required information (tokens) is encrypted and locked down to a database that only our Leadsie servers can access.

No one would be able to get access to you or your clients' accounts, even if our servers were compromised. We are also fully GDPR compliant and can provide a Data processing agreement (DPA) upon request.

Does my client need a Leadsie account to give access?

No, they don't need to create an account with us. Your client only needs to log in with their Facebook, Google Account and/or TikTok account.. Easy peasy! 😀

Do I lose access to my clients' accounts if I cancel my subscription?

Of course not! Even if you cancel your subscription with us, you will still have access to your client - unless they decide to remove your access, of course.
