Here's how you use Leadsie to request access to your clients'
YouTube
accounts
1. Send a Leadsie link to your client
Our YouTube integration guides your clients to grant you access to their YouTube channels, in the same easy flow they use to grant access to all their other marketing assets.
To get started, enable the YouTube integration, and send your client your Leadsie link.
2. They click the link and start connecting their account(s)
Your client will be guided to connect all the accounts you've requested. When it comes to their YouTube channel, they just input their handle - which they can easily discover with a provided link, if they don't know it already.
3. They complete the process in YouTube studio
We provide them with the email address you have specified to receive access, plus a link to the right place in YouTube studio to grant access and step-by-step instructions to finish the job.
4. They confirm they've granted access
Once they confirm they've granted access, you will be notified that you have access to YouTube and other accounts they have granted.
5. Job done!

Our YouTube integration has to include some manual steps as YoUTube doesn't offer the ability to fully automate access to channels at this point. However, the YouTube integration is still much easier. Firstly, it enables you to request access to YouTube and all your clients other marketing accounts in the same flow, keeping everything in one place. Secondly, we make it super easy for your clients to discover their handle within Leadsie. Thirdly, we keep our instructions for any manual steps up to date - so you don't have to!
Ads on YouTube are run via Google Ads - and this is already supported via our Google Ads integration, so if you want to run YouTube ads for clients, that's the integration to use. This integration is to allow you to get access to your clients' YouTube channels.
Yes! We have spent a lot of time making sure Leadsie is secure.
We are partnering with Meta, Google, TikTok (and more) and are approved for giving you access. When we grant your access to accounts, the required information (tokens) is encrypted and locked down to a database that only our Leadsie servers can access.
No one would be able to get access to you or your clients' accounts, even if our servers were compromised.We are also fully GDPR compliant and can provide a Data processing agreement (DPA) upon request.
