To get started send your client your Leadsie link. You can use one link to request access to WordPress and all the other platforms supported by Leadsie at the same time.

2. Your client inputs their WordPress URL

Your client will grant access to all the accounts you have requested. When they come to WordPress, all they need to know is the URL of their site.

3. They copy the email address you use to manage WordPress sites

We provide the correct email address to grant access to, plus an easy button to copy your details.

4. We guide them to grant access in WordPress

We give them a personalized "deep link" to the right place in their WordPress back end to grant you access, plus crystal clear instructions on what to do. Once they're done, they confirm they successfully completed the step and you get a notification.

FAQs

Is this still a manual process? How is it better?

Our WordPress integration has to include some manual steps - WordPress doesn't offer the ability to fully automate access requests at this point.

However, we've made this much easier for you and your clients:

  1. We provide your clients with all the instructions and details they need to get access
  2. We automatically provide your clients with a personalized "deep link" to the right location in their WordPress admin panel, so they won't get lost
  3. You don't need to send separate instructions for WordPress alongside your Leadsie link, or maintain onboarding instructions for WordPress at all
  4. You can keep track of WordPress access requests within Leadsie, and get notified when you receive access or your client has any problems
Is Leadsie secure and GDPR compliant? 🔒

Yes! We have spent a lot of time making sure Leadsie is secure.

We are partnering with Meta, Google, TikTok (and more) and are approved for giving you access. When we grant your access to accounts, the required information (tokens) is encrypted and locked down to a database that only our Leadsie servers can access.

No one would be able to get access to you or your clients' accounts, even if our servers were compromised.We are also fully GDPR compliant and can provide a Data processing agreement (DPA) upon request.

Does my client need a Leadsie account to give access?

No, they don't need to create an account with us. Your client only needs to log in with their Facebook, Google Account and/or TikTok account.. Easy peasy! 😀

Do I lose access to my clients' accounts if I cancel my subscription?

Of course not! Even if you cancel your subscription with us, you will still have access to your client - unless they decide to remove your access, of course.
